Renter’s liability insurance required. Tenant and agent to verify all room measurements and public records. Contact listing agent to confirm if applications have been received. No short-term leases—12 to 24 months only. All property requests must be included in the application before move-in. All occupants 18+ must apply separately. Approved tenants are responsible for any fees charged by the HOA, including but not limited to application fees, parking decals, mailbox keys, and gate access cards. For homes with pools there is a monthly $100 pool service fee.
