This 3/1 with pool is in a nice area of Hollywood and can be made into a great home for a first time homebuyer. Nice neutral tile throughout. Fenced yard. This MAY work FHA. You'd need to come in at list price and we'd have to try and negotiate with the s eller and convince them to install some appliances and an AC unit.
