Seller will not pay for any concessions. All fees will be the responsibility of the buyer, including, but not limited to: Owner's title policy, transfer fees, and recording fees, etc. IF UTILITIES ARE TO BE TURNED ON FOR INSPECTIONS THAT THE UTILITIES WI LL BE TURNED ON IN THE BUYER'S
