Condo needs some TLC. Priced to sell. Great location in the heart of Hallandale Beach. This is a 55 plus community for older persons. Rare find since there are no other condos for sale in building. This is a condo not a co-op. Lovely pool in the center of the courtyard and very nice enclosed porch sitting area. Laundry room on each flooor. Seller is paying for any current assessments. 40 year certification is in process. All CASH only offers.
