Unit is a tad dated but extremely well maintained. "Eat off the floor" clean! Incredible expansive views of the ocean and the city (best of both worlds). Eat in kitch, spacious open balcony w/ stunning views, tile flrs thruout & comfortable living space . W/D in unit. Again, the unit is a little dated but you will not find a more meticulously maintained condo anywhere. Turn this blank canvas into a work of art. Beautiful pool area.
