Studio Scossa is a 5,000 sq. ft. turnkey, fully equipped tabletop film studio built in 2021. Designed by Strang Architecture, it features luxury finishes. The space includes 4,300 sq. ft. on the ground floor and 700 sq. ft. on two mezzanines. Amenities include ground-floor equipment storage, second-floor props and special effects storage, lunch area, large client/agency meeting room, prep kitchen, tool workshop, and office/lounge area. Features new flooring and a FOBA rail system for lighting. The studio is available as a turnkey film facility. Equipment list available upon request (equipment not included in the sale price).
